Energy Efficiency in Focus at Danish Maritime Technology Conference

During Danish Maritime Days 2015, Danish Maritime gathers the maritime industry for a two day summit as a platform for collaboration and sharing of knowledge and experience about state-of-the-art maritime solutions and technologies. The full programme is now available.

The industry association Danish Maritime presents a united Danish maritime industry at the Danish Maritime Technology Conference on 7-8 October 2015 at The Train Workshop in Copenhagen.

This industrial summit gathers the newest, most innovative and sustainable technologies from the Danish Maritime industry for technical executives and stakeholders from around the world.

“The top-tier of the maritime industry will present their newest, most innovative technologies and solutions within green and safety technologies. The Danish maritime industry leads with its cutting-edge technologies and solutions, and we are very proud to present the elite of the international maritime industry with our latest news and advances,” says Managing Director Jenny N. Braat, Danish Maritime.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss core challenges and see new solutions and tech-nologies in in-depth sessions with MAN Diesel & Turbo, Alfa Laval, Hempel, VIKING Life-Saving Equipment, Wärtsilä, FORCE Technology, University of Southern Denmark, Emerson Process Management Marine Tank Management – Damcos, Inrotech, Maersk Maritime Technology and more.

Center of the Maritime World for a Week

Danish Maritime Days will be the center of the maritime world in week 41. More than 50 countries are represented in the largest maritime event ever seen in Denmark; 2014 saw 10,000 participants, representing 45 nations.

“Again this year, we are thrilled to offer a programme packed with activities. In 2015, equal focus will be given to shipyards, shipowners and maritime manufacturers as well as political decision makers from all over the world,” says Jenny N. Braat, who is also a board member for Danish Mari-time Days.

The Danish Maritime Technology Conference is for technical executives at shipowners, ship management businesses, shipyards, marine equipment manufacturers and stakeholders interested in exploring the newest and most advanced technologies of the maritime industry.

The conference is offered free of charge due to support from The Danish Maritime Fund.
